Demonstrated need
  • How the COVID-19 pandemic has adversely impacted the operations and programs of your organization.
Artistic and cultural merit
  • How your organization celebrates diverse cultural practice, fulfills its mission, and supports arts and artists.
Public and community benefit
  • Your organization’s unique role as it serves, engages, and partners with its broader community.
Supplemental Materials
  • Applicants may provide UP TO FOUR support material items that demonstrate the work of your organization and the services it provides to the community.
